Why did you choose Mercur as an employer?
A colleague in the controller group at my previous job had been involved in a Mercur implementation and was in contact with our sales representative. When Mercur was opening the Malmö office and looking for consultants, she suggested I apply. I researched the role and the company and found the intersection of finance, technology, and business operations very exciting. After speaking with the Malmö office manager and his supervisor, I was completely convinced and accepted the offer immediately!

What is your role at Mercur, and when did you start?
I’m responsible for consulting operations in the UK and started as a consultant in Malmö in late 2018.

What parts of your job do you enjoy the most?
The variety, the opportunities for growth, and the (almost always) interesting tasks. I also have incredibly skilled, supportive, and friendly colleagues. Our counterparts at client companies are so dedicated and knowledgeable, and collaborating with talented people across a wide range of industries to grow and develop together is both fun and rewarding.
