What do you do in HR?
At HR, we work with recruitment, which includes everything from mapping and planning candidates, creating job requirement profiles together with hiring managers, advertising, conducting interviews, reference checks, and making offers – the entire cycle! Additionally, we focus on career fairs and employer branding. In our industry, finding candidates is a challenge, so working proactively is crucial.
The second aspect is HR itself, which is a vast area in its own right. It encompasses everything from strategy, personnel matters, policies, and competence development to administration and much more.
What tasks/projects are available in your team?
You can work on all parts of the recruitment process, employer branding, personnel matters, and contribute to building this department from the ground up.
Tell us about some of your most exciting projects.
The implementation of an ATS (Applicant Tracking System) was a very exciting project, as well as designing and creating templates for the entire recruitment process. Since this part of the company is relatively new, there is plenty to dig into. If you want to be part of the journey of building a department from scratch, this is an excellent place to be!
