Aico, Mercur, and AARO are leaders in Intelligent Finance Automation, Consolidation, and Performance Management, empowering finance teams with cutting-edge solutions for financial close, reconciliation, consolidation, reporting, and budgeting. As we expand across key markets, we are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to accelerate growth across three complementary brands in the finance automation and performance management space.
Role summary
This is a high-impact role responsible for driving lead generation, optimising the marketing and sales funnel, and scaling revenue opportunities across international markets. You will plan and execute multi-channel campaigns, leverage webinars and events to engage target audiences, and refine digital strategies to maximise performance across all three brands.
You love turning ideas into results—balancing creativity with data to make a real difference. With your experience in B2B demand generation, HubSpot CRM, and digital growth, you’ll play a key role in driving success across our brands.
Key responsibilities
Demand generation and growth marketing
Build and execute multi-channel campaigns across Aico, Mercur, and AARO to drive pipeline and accelerate revenue growth
Own quarterly MQL and SAL targets through high-quality demand generation programmes
Optimise lead acquisition, scoring, nurturing, and sales handover to improve conversion efficiency
Use HubSpot CRM for campaign automation, lead management, and performance tracking
Analyse performance and optimise for ROI, sharing insights and recommendations with stakeholders
Webinars and events
Plan and run webinars, virtual events, and in-person conferences to increase awareness and engagement
Partner with internal subject-matter experts and external partners to create compelling event content
Manage event promotion, registration workflows, and post-event follow-up to maximise pipeline impact
Digital marketing and SEO/SEM
Develop and improve SEO strategies to increase visibility, rankings, and organic traffic
Manage SEM across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and paid social channels
Deliver targeted email campaigns to nurture leads and move them through the funnel
Content and design
Collaborate with agencies and internal marketing teams to develop high-value campaign content
Create campaign and event assets (ads, visuals, presentations) using Canva or Adobe tools
Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all marketing initiatives for Aico, Mercur, and AARO
Preferred qualifications
5+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or digital marketing (B2B SaaS or technology preferred)
Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM, automation, and reporting
Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure, optimise, and communicate performance
Proven success running webinars, events, and conferences that drive pipeline impact
Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, paid advertising, and digital demand channels
Design proficiency using Canva and or Adobe Creative Suite
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project delivery skills
