Hello Larssa!

What is your role at Mercur?
My primary role at Mercur is to develop our web interface for the product, and I work on this together with my colleagues in the web team. In addition to that, I’m also involved in various other aspects of the product’s development. I work with frontend, backend, and DevOps.

Which tasks do you enjoy the most?
I enjoy working on improving the product and making it better. Having the chance to revisit, redo, and do things right is very satisfying. Many times, such improvement rounds have laid the foundation for entirely new features that suddenly became easy to implement.

Is there anything else that makes you enjoy working at Mercur?
What makes me really enjoy working at Mercur is my colleagues and my managers. There’s always an opportunity to discuss various challenges and get good support, and if a decision needs to be made, it’s never a problem. This means I never feel stuck in difficult situations.
