Hi Netra!

What is your role at Mercur, and when did you start?
I work as a Java developer at Mercur and started in February 2024.

Why did you choose Mercur as your employer?
Throughout the recruitment process, I got a very positive impression of Mercur as a company. When I met the team I would be working with, it felt like the right workplace for me. I also found the product interesting because it’s a well-established product using new technology. I chose Mercur because of the combination of the work environment and the tasks.

What makes you enjoy working at Mercur?
The impression I had of Mercur from the start turned out to be accurate. I really enjoy working with my colleagues and my tasks. I find it exciting to work on problem-solving in a complex product. I also appreciate that I received good training and time to get comfortable with my responsibilities.

Best memory so far at Mercur?
My first kickoff in Båstad in September 2024, where I got to know more colleagues. I was also part of Mercur’s party committee and helped plan one of our dinners during the weekend, which was really fun!
