What is your role at Mercur, and when did you start?
I work as a Cloud System Administrator at Mercur, and I started in June 2023.

What makes you enjoy working at Mercur?
I really appreciate the mutual respect between colleagues and managers and the open communication we have. There’s a strong sense of trust, which is very important to me. Mercur genuinely cares about its employees and works to ensure we feel comfortable and valued.

In addition, I enjoy having the autonomy to organize my time and tasks independently while doing what I love every day.

Best memory so far at Mercur?
It was the kickoff in Trysil in 2024, where I got to ski for the first time. I’m grateful to Mercur for giving me the opportunity to try something completely new!
