Hi Gustav!

What is your role at Mercur, and when did you start?
I work in First Line Support at Mercur and started in the fall of 2022.

Why did you choose Mercur as your employer?
I didn’t know anything about Mercur beforehand, but during the first interview, I got a very good impression of the company. I was attracted by both the tasks and the company culture. When I later met my team, I got an even better impression than before, if that was possible.

What makes you enjoy working at Mercur?
The stimulating and pleasant work environment—there’s always something new to learn. It’s easy to talk to everyone, whether it’s work-related or something lighthearted over a cup of coffee.

Best memory so far during your time at Mercur?
The 2023 kick-off in Sesimbra, Portugal, where we visited a fishing village, a vineyard, and had dinner and a party on the beach.
Apart from this, I really enjoy the annual Mercur Forum, where we get to meet all the friendly customers we interact with in our daily work.
