What is your role at Mercur?
My role at Mercur is Operations Manager at our Malmö office, which I helped establish in 2018. It's a very varied role that, in addition to personnel responsibility, includes presales work, project management, and being a senior consultant.
How did you end up choosing Mercur as your employer?
A classmate of mine suggested I apply for the job, as she thought it would be a good fit for me, and she was right. A year later, I recommended her to apply to Mercur as well, which she did and got the job.
Best memory so far at Mercur?
My best memory was during a fall kickoff in Austria. Everything was truly fantastic—the weather, the nature, the accommodation. More specifically, it was when we hiked in the mountains and stopped at small cabins where we ate delicious food and drank great wines.
