Hello Matilda!

What is your role at Mercur, and when did you start?
I work as a Business Intelligence Consultant at Mercur, and I started in February 2024.

Why did you choose Mercur as an employer?
I was drawn to Mercur for several reasons. Partly because the role of a consultant at Mercur seemed challenging, varied, and exciting. But also because I quickly got the impression that Mercur truly cares about its employees and ensures everyone has the right conditions to succeed in their work.

What makes you enjoy working at Mercur?
The strong sense of community is what makes me enjoy Mercur the most. There are many group activities, which is especially fun for those of us at the smaller offices. Additionally, being constantly challenged with interesting assignments for our clients is very rewarding!

Best memory so far at Mercur?
My best memories are the two kickoffs to Trysil and Båstad that I’ve been able to experience during my time at Mercur.
