Why did you choose Mercur as an employer?
I chose Mercur because of the tasks offered to new consultants. As a new consultant, I wanted to try everything to discover my interests and strengths. Mercur provided this flexibility. Since the job involves a lot of problem-solving and creativity, it was a perfect fit for me.
What is your role at Mercur, and when did you start?
I previously worked as an application consultant but now serve as the office manager for the Gothenburg office.
What parts of your job do you enjoy the most?
No day is ever the same. New challenges arise daily, allowing me to work with many customers across various industries. It’s incredibly exciting to dive into their operations, understand and improve their processes. When I’m not working with customers, I love being surrounded by colleagues who bring so much energy and joy to the workplace.
Any highlights during your time at Mercur that you’d like to share?
Our annual trips with the entire Mercur team. During my time here, I’ve had the chance to travel to places like Malta, Croatia, and Trysil. Another highlight is seeing my clients so genuinely happy with the results of our work—it’s always a rewarding part of the job.
